No, Class Cash is completely free to use. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, or costs to file claims through the platform.

How do I know if I’m eligible for a settlement?

How do I file a claim?

How long does it take to receive my settlement money?
Timelines vary by settlement. After the claim deadline passes, there is typically a court approval process followed by distribution. This can take anywhere from a few months to over a year. Status updates and expected payout timelines are shared through your settlement administrator and easily managed and tracked on Class Cash.
Do I need proof of purchase to file a claim?
It depends on the settlement. Some require proof of purchase such as receipts or bank statements, while others accept claims without documentation up to a certain amount. Check the specific requirements for each settlement.

What are investigations?
Investigations are potential class action lawsuits currently being researched by law firms. Joining an investigation list means you’ll be notified if it develops into an official lawsuit where you may be able to file a claim.
How do I join an investigation?
Browse the “Recent Investigations” section, review the details, and click “Join Investigation” for any that apply to you. You’ll receive updates if the investigation progresses.
Does joining an investigation obligate me to anything?
No, joining an investigation does not create any obligation. It simply keeps you informed. If it becomes a lawsuit, you can decide whether to participate.
How often are new investigations added?
New investigations are added regularly, typically within 24–48 hours of being publicly announced. Check back often or enable notifications to stay updated.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from Profile. Note that this will remove all saved settlements and tracking information, so be sure to keep records of any pending claims.
