How do I update my notification preferences?

Go to your Account Settings and select 'Notifications.' You can customize what types of updates you receive - new settlements, claim deadlines, investigation updates, and more. Choose email, SMS, or both.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from your Account Settings. Keep in mind that deleting your account will remove all your saved settlements and investigation tracking. Make sure to note any pending claims before deletion.
