Earlier this week, KROLL, the settlement administrator for European Wax Center, sent out a notice informing class members of a claim deadline extension. 

Previously, the claim deadline for European Wax Center's website privacy class action settlement was towards the end of June earlier this year. 

Wax Deadline Extended

After reviewing the number of claims submitted, and the lack of claims thereof,  the court likely realized that the proof requirements were too much to ask class members to provide. 

The previous claim form required class members to:

1. Have a Class Member ID
2. Provide dates they accessed the site to make appointment(s)
3. Provide the IP address from the device or devices used to schedule their wax appointment(s)

The new claim form removed the IP address requirement and the access date requirement. Making it easier for class members to submit their claim.
